The 2024 Electronic Device Solution Inc.(EDS in short) Leadership Workshop was held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, 

at the Daejeon DCC Convention Center, Conference Room 1.

The event ran all day from 10 AM to 5 PM, attended by 20 executives at the team leader level and above.

The first session in the morning featured a leadership training by lecturer Jeong-A Lee on the topic of "The Appearance of a Leader and Communication Strategies.

" It was an engaging session that provided an opportunity for attendees to reflect on their own leadership styles and the importance of empathetic and communicative leadership.

After the first session, everyone shared a pleasant lunch in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The second session in the afternoon consisted of three internal lectures on R&D management, business management, and cost management. 

These sessions aimed to enhance the understanding of departmental tasks and emphasize the importance of collaboration.

The event concluded with the executive board members sharing their reflections.

This event, which brought together department heads from the Daejeon headquarters and the Gyeonggi branch office, 

is expected to promote smoother inter-departmental collaboration and further advance EDS.
